Explore Sacramento's iconic sites during this 3.1-mile tour. Join us on an adventure through Sacramento's past, which will begin and end in Downtown Sacramento. We will run along the historic Sacramento River and across two iconic bridges with sweeping views of the city. We will then wind our way through Old Sacramento along part of the original Pony Express route and make some stop in alleys that have been transformed by breathtaking murals.
Distance and duration: Approximately 3.1 miles / approximately one hour
Difficulty: Easy, with minimal elevation gain/loss. Caution required for sections of this route that are along busy city streets and along wooden plank sidewalks. This route is not wheelchair accessible or stroller friendly, since it requires climbing a set of stairs. If you would like to book a private tour, changes can be made to the route to make it wheelchair and stroller friendly.
